Anxiety

A small thought consumes your entire existence,
Thinking about anything else isn’t an option,
It weighs heavier and heavier on your mind
Until you can physically feel it.
Crushing your skull, sitting rock solid on your chest.
A burden you can’t shake, can’t share, can’t tell.
